SIZE CHART – All measurements are in INCHES. Our measurements are adjusted from the classic UK standard sizes, to reflect our community of women, through years of careful analysis and study. Please pay attention to select the dimensions closest to your own body dimensions

Taking Your Measurements:
All circumference based measurements (Bust, Waist, Hip, Neck, Bicep) are to be taken around the fullest parts of these body parts.
Other definitions not in the figure below:

•  Full front length- measures from the front shoulder, over the bust, and down to the waistline.
• Across Chest/back- measures across armpit-to-armpit, on the front and backside of the body respectively.
•  Body rise- This is taken in a sitting position, along the side of the body. Measures from the waistline, over the curve of the hip, to the top of the seat.
  

Delivery is free for orders over ₦50,000 to anywhere in Nigeria

ORDER AND RETURN POLICIES

All Bespoke orders come with the option of fittings as a part of the process. Ready-to-wear orders do not include personalized fittings or fitting appointments. If a personal fitting is necessary, this will need to be booked and paid for separately.

RETURNS.

All orders are complete once they have been despatched and delivered to you. However, we understand you may not be entirely satisfied for understandable reasons, and offer options of exchange (by store credit or product exchange); or refunds under the following conditions.

⦁ Reason for return must include one of the following:
⦁ A damaged or defective product
⦁ Wrong sizing and fit.
⦁ Refunds may apply to products that are defective or damaged before getting to you, and an Exchange or store credit will apply on products that do not fit quite right on you or are delivered in the wrong size. We take extreme care to avoid despatching wrong sizes or style items.
⦁ ALL RETURNING ITEMS must reach us within the specified times below-
⦁ Orders within Nigeria: 7 days from your delivery date.
⦁ Orders outside Nigeria: 21days from your delivery date.

All returning items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed and all tags intact. These should be. To process any returns please send mail to ihekubi.enquiries@gmail.com, to receive a return-order-confirmation and mailing address; OR the nearest drop off point to you. Please note that a return-shipping charge may apply to you. Our FREE return-shipping costs will only apply where your ORDERED size/color/style, may have been gotten wrong. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, as we strive to strike a balance between satisfying you; and meeting the expense obligations of our growing company.
